I recently ordered a dress, but it was never delivered as informed through email. So I called Bebe customer service and they did a investigation on my order. Come to find out the package was somehow lost. But Bebe customer service was so prompt and refund me the money in 4 days and was generous to waive my shipping fee and instead included express shipping free of charge! Also the dress I initially ordered was on clearance and when I ordered it again (since I still wanted the dress) they still sold the dress with the same clearance price! So awesome I have my dress now so happy
