I love the BEBE App! So much easier to shop than the old mobile site. Awesome!!

I recently ordered a dress, but it was never delivered as informed through email. So I called Bebe customer service and they did a investigation on my order. Come to find out the package was somehow lost. But Bebe customer service was so prompt and refund me the money in 4 days and was generous to waive my shipping fee and instead included express shipping free of charge! Also the dress I initially ordered was on clearance and when I ordered it again (since I still wanted the dress) they still sold the dress with the same clearance price! So awesome I have my dress now so happy

This app constantly crashes during use. Its also one of the slowest loading apps, even with a fast wifi connection. As an avid shopper, these shortcomings make it extremely frustrating to use, and I just go to the main webpage to shop. I keep waiting for this app to be improved upon, because I love to shop bebe, but it has never been fixed for over a year of having this app. Fix it!

I love this app! All I have to do now if I want to look up something go on my phone and look through the items, instead of doing it on my computer. Once again I love it!

The app is great. Easy to navigate and place orders!!

The ONLY reason why I have anything negative to say is simply due to the amount of crashes and glitches it has. The app would be fantastic if I were able to log in, shop and be done. Im consistently having to close the app, log in or out or just wait until its no longer frozen.

Please Update App ... App Is Constantly Crashing And Making It Complicated To Shop

App has several bugs. When opening the app in the last couple of months, it flashes a pop up that says "sign out" and when you close it, it pops back up a couple more times. Sometimes the app closes for no reason. Please give club members with accounts the ability to delete billing addresses as well. Ive tried over several years to get customer service to delete some billing addresses from my account and they say its been done but it hasnt. Outside of the above mentioned issues, I love the ease of the app having Bebe at my finger tips and not having to go in the store on on the full website. Ive been shopping at BeBe for 20+ years. LOVE BEBE from work to casual.

I like the ID touch sign in and the easy access features. Didnt see a place to update info but Im sure its in the works. All in all great improvements!!!

This app is gorgeous!! I love that I can add it to passbook and fill my wish list so I remember what to try on during my next shopping trip.
